Reiki is the Japanese word for Universal Life Energy. It is a healing technique that eases the body into a parasympathetic state to facilitate self healing. It moves energy throughout the body to achieve balance. Reiki has been elemental in my health and spiritual journey and I believe the only way to truly understand it is to experience it.
Treatment can be light touch and hands on or 1-2 inches above the body. I am a Certified Reiki Master Teacher under the Usui Shiki Ryoho Method of Natural Healing,
